At PERSONSOUL, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
